Is carrying a real closed sword illegal? Is carrying a toy wooden sword illegal? - wooden toy planes
I was preparing my costume for Halloween, and I'm deciding whether I could carry a sword in his back, and of course .. It's in the car. It is 4 meters, a total of the blade is about 3 meters.
I also wonder the same thing about a wooden toy sword, but not much of a sword, to the point where it could hurt someone, it seems that there was reasonable without one.
Oh, and I live in California.
Please and thank you!

Since most laws are on the leaves knife, I've never been a law on holding a sword. who said that the only way they could get you into trouble or if u would "hide", but his back is completely out. To be on the safe side, not so good.
ReplyDeleteStrictly speaking, it is not illegal. However. . . before you carry the sword, here are some laws that could be considered:
Penal Code Section 12020, dangerous weapons and illegal. One of the weapons that are forbidden, are what the "dagger" and "dagger" mentioned. These are the weapons, with or without a hand guard that is capable of immediately used for stabbing. It is illegal if it is hidden. So - even if it might lead technically legal, a sword in his eyes, you want to be held at gunpoint by an officer of your breach of the movement, while the two of you on most points of the purposes of California law?
From what I could find a sword than a dagger or a dagger. And it is not illegal to take as long as no secret, but it is illegal to import certain buildings such as schools. There is also an approach that is not hidden. The site I found said something to the waist. But I do not click on links. I have the information here http://zknives.com/knives/articles/law/caknifelaws.shtml challenge, you should check it out before a sword for Halloween.
