Is it safe to use a Vitamin E cream as a base for massage with Lavendar & Rosemary essential oils? - essential oil notes
For use in a healthy woman in her 20 years with no known allergies or medical problems. Do not take any medications. Massage to relieve tired muscles. Note - this is not a question of a qualified aromatherapist / masseuse and information obtained will be used to help in an occasional massage, for example, by a friend of another friend.

Cream with Vitamin E Shoud be ok. Make sure the cream does not go rancid smell (a sharp acrid smell).
ReplyDeleteIt is better, a jojoba oil or grapeseed oil and how to use natural essential oils, but if the cream with vitamin E, all you have is acceptable. Good luck!

ReplyDeleteIt is absolutely safe, but if you want the oil as a therapeutic massage and alone, it would be better to use the oil as a base, since the absorption will be better.
ReplyDeleteLavender and rosemary are good, but if you check any unusual oils time to be sure whether they are safe when there is no way that women can become pregnant. Some oils can be a miscarriage in the first quarter.
