I am 13 weeks pregnant and have just found out I have an over active thyroid? - active active thyroid

Is there anyone out there who are pregnant and hyperthyroidism? A specialist recommended, not on medication because of pregnancy, and test again in 5 weeks to go, how can I live without it. I've had heart palpitations, weight loss, clammy hands and anxiety, what is going on? Any advice would be great.
